About Me
The Journey To Myself
Since the fall of 2015 I have been active in my yoga sadhana. I’ve taken the initiative to learn more by taking a 300hr. teacher training. I have a passion for increase mobility and a calm mindset. My inspiration comes from deploying common System of Systems ideals into an ancient practice. My aim is to create an environment of fun, positive, and inspirational instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength. Hope to cross paths with you soon.

The longer we hold on to a breath is when we realize we actually need to breathe.
